About Me

I have lived in Staffordshire since 1999. I took early retirement from teaching in December 2011 to concentrate more fully on my music.
I have played at most of Staffordshire’s top wedding venues but also at parties in private houses and gardens. I have been asked to play at graduation balls, presentation evenings, summer fetes as well as a large number of birthday and anniversary parties.

Over the years, I have played with a number of bands and groups and I regularly get called upon to record saxophone parts for other musicians/composers who are making their own studio albums.
I love to compose my own music as well. As a music teacher, I composed several school productions.

I like all genres of music from classical to jazz, from rock & roll to funk, and from soul to modern day pop. You can see a list of my backing tracks on the ‘Playlist’ page.
You can hear me playing along to three of the backing tracks [and one of my own] on the ‘Listen to My Music’ page. I hope you enjoy listening to them.

Music is my passion and I love playing my saxophone to new audiences. I look forward to playing at your special event.
